Responsibilities

Architect Account Growth Strategies Design expansion plans that increase account value 2–3× over time Build commercial frameworks for cross-brand and cross-market adoption Identify and unlock portfolio-level opportunities within enterprise customers
Drive Executive-Level Engagement Build relationships with digital transformation, innovation, and executive stakeholders Position our AI platform as a strategic capability, not a feature vendor Lead strategic discussions on personalization, automation, and AI enablement
Structure Complex Enterprise Deals Develop multi-year, bundled, and portfolio-based agreements Align innovation pilots with long-term expansion strategies Design pricing models that support scalable adoption
Commercialize Innovation Translate AI capabilities into business value narratives Identify use cases where innovation unlocks new revenue streams for clients Turn emerging technologies into enterprise adoption pathways
Elevate Internal BD Capabilities Partner with account managers and BD operators to build growth roadmaps Shift account discussions from 'maintenance' to 'expansion design'

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
8+ years in enterprise SaaS, platform, or technology business development
Proven success closing complex, multi-product or portfolio deals
Experience selling to enterprise digital, innovation, or technology leaders
Track record of expanding accounts, not just acquiring logos
Strategic thinker who sees systems, not single deals
Strong commercial acumen and deal structuring ability
Executive presence and communication skills
Comfortable navigating large enterprise organizations
Able to translate innovation into business outcomes

Preferred

Experience in AI, digital platforms, or data-driven solutions
Experience in industries such as beauty, retail, consumer brands, or lifestyle sectors
Background in consultative or solution-based selling
