Founding BDR
Virio is building the next-generation B2B GTM stack, and they are seeking a Founding BDR to help build the outbound engine that powers their growth. In this role, you will be the first touchpoint with prospects and will learn how to turn viral content into qualified pipeline while mastering outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities
Research, identify, and reach out to ideal target accounts (SaaS founders, GTM execs, marketing agencies)
Craft personalized LinkedIn and email messages that get replies - not ignored
Run short discovery calls to qualify fit and pass warm leads to AEs
Collaborate closely with founders to refine outreach messaging and positioning
Build repeatable outbound systems and scripts that others will scale from
Track your performance and learn how to diagnose, improve, and win faster
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of BDR, sales, or outbound experience
Exceptionally driven and disciplined
Creative and resourceful - you know how to get a response, not just send messages
Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Passionate about startups, GTM, and building something from the ground up. You get excited by the idea of working 6-7 days a week 70-80hrs/week in-person alongside teammates who feel the same way
Obsessed with learning and self-improvement - you want to master the craft of selling
Preferred
Bonus: experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, or Apollo
