JOBRIGHT TURBO REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Last updated July 29, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid Jobright Turbo subscriptions purchased directly from Jobright. Purchases made through an app store or another third-party platform are subject to that platform's refund process and policies.
1. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING AND RENEWAL
Jobright Turbo subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. The price, billing period, and amount due are shown before purchase.
2. CANCELING A SUBSCRIPTION
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Jobright account. Canceling stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is approved, your Turbo benefits remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
First-time subscription purchases
- Monthly, Quarterly, and 6-Month plans: You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge.
- Weekly plans: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of the initial charge.
Eligibility may be limited where an account has made substantial use of Turbo benefits, consumed a live coaching session or another individually delivered benefit, previously received a refund, or shows signs of misuse or abuse.
Subscription renewals
If a subscription renewed unintentionally, contact Jobright within 3 calendar days of the renewal charge. A full refund may be available when there has been no substantial use of Turbo benefits after renewal.
Requests outside these windows
When a meaningful portion of a Monthly, Quarterly, or 6-Month billing period remains, Jobright may, at its discretion, offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the term. We consider the time remaining, account usage, benefits already consumed, prior refunds, and the circumstances of the request.
Prorated refunds are generally not available for Weekly plans.
4. REFUNDS GENERALLY NOT PROVIDED
Except where required by law or expressly stated above, refunds are generally not provided when:
- The applicable refund request window has passed and most of the billing period has elapsed.
- The account has made substantial use of Turbo features or consumed individually delivered benefits.
- The request is based only on not receiving interviews, callbacks, offers, or another particular job-search outcome.
- The request is based only on subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated content that was successfully delivered.
- The subscription was not canceled before renewal, except under the limited renewal provision above.
- We reasonably determine that the request involves misuse, fraud, or repeated refund abuse.
Jobright provides tools and guidance to support a job search but does not guarantee interviews, callbacks, employment, or any other particular outcome.
5. BILLING ERRORS AND SERVICE ISSUES
We will review duplicate charges, incorrect billing amounts, and verified extended failures that prevented access to core paid features. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a full or partial refund, an account credit, or an extension of service.
6. EFFECT AND TIMING OF A REFUND
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and typically take 5-10 business days after Jobright issues the refund.
When a full refund is issued, access to paid Turbo benefits may end immediately. When a partial refund is issued, we will tell you whether and when paid access ends.
Promotional and discounted purchases are refunded based on the amount actually paid, not the undiscounted list price.
7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact Jobright Support through the support option in your account and provide:
- The email address associated with your Jobright account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- The reason for the request.
Please do not file a chargeback while a refund request is under review. Filing a chargeback may prevent us from issuing a normal refund while the payment is disputed.
8. LOCAL CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law. If the law where you live provides stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply.
