Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of services
Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
Support and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
Implement and manage endpoint protection using CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender
Collaborate with the security team to monitor threats and ensure compliance with security policies
Administer Okta for SSO and identity lifecycle management
Integrate and manage Netskope for cloud security and data protection
Lead or support IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and deployments
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and configurations
Provide Tier 3 support and mentorship to junior administrators and service desk staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in system administration with a focus on enterprise environments
Strong expertise in network administration Microsoft Azure, M365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Okta, and Netskope
Solid understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
Okta Certified Professional
CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
