Resolve inquiries related to distributor orders, returns, shipments, products, claims, and customer concerns
Enter sales orders into the company’s ERP system
Investigate and resolve issues through root cause analysis using reports and data to address logistics challenges
Monitor critical shipments and ensure on-time inbound and outbound delivery
Provide status updates on shipments as needed
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (heavily used)
Preferred
Basic knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems preferred
