Responsibilities
Ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services
Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems
Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues
Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution
Qualification
Required
2 years of relevant experience
High School / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
Understanding of VPN & Proxies
Understanding of cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc
Understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS
Exposure to layer 3 / 4 technologies
Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
