Responsibilities
Provide services and logistics for training classes, workshops, conferences, and meetings
Assess needs, investigate options to schedule services and providers effectively
Work independently or partner with sales staff and instructors to position services
Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments globally
Independently manage one or more key aspects of Business Operations processes
Provide regular reports to management on the status of projects/programs
Support business process improvements and continual improvements to maximize the operational efficiency of the training organization

Required
Degree Type: Associate's
Targeted majors: Business or Hospitality
Proficiency with spreadsheets and document creation software such as MS Excel and Word
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Ability to perform exacting, detail-oriented work
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Ability to work and learn independently
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to adapt to changing situations
