AMI System Analyst
Snohomish County PUD is seeking an AMI System Analyst III who will focus on maintaining the Advanced Metering Infrastructure and ensuring system performance. The role requires applying systems thinking to improve metering and grid operations, analyzing data accuracy and system reliability.
Responsibilities
Maintains the effective and efficient operation of the Advanced Metering Infrastructure with specific focus on the AMI Head End System (HES) and the Meter Data Management System (MDMS)
Ensures that system performance of AMI meter readings, meter alarms and meter controls as well as data completeness and accuracy support the needs of customer billing, energy efficiency, grid operations, and grid planning
Analyzes system performance, data accuracy, and system reliability, leveraging analytics to maximize the value of Advanced Metering Infrastructure for billing, new energy programs, and grid planning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Public Administration, or related field
Four (4) years directly related and progressive Engineering, AMI Technologies, Operational Technologies or IT experience
Eight (8) years directly related and progressive Engineering, AMI Technologies, Operational Technologies or IT experience
