Responsibilities
Lead complex analyses to answer strategic business questions across outreach, marketing, and enrollment domains
Write advanced SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from large, multi‑domain data sets
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to surface trends and insights
Partner with Data Engineering to develop and improve ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality standards, and analytics best practices
Communicate insights clearly through data storytelling, presentations, and written deliverables to technical and non‑technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
Advanced SQL proficiency (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, data transformation)
Advanced proficiency building reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
Strong experience with descriptive statistics, causal analysis, and inference
Preferred
Experience in marketing, outreach, enrollment, or customer journey analytics
Familiarity with data modeling concepts (dimensional models, star/snowflake schemas)
Experience mentoring or supporting the development of other analysts
