Responsibilities
Develop and document testing cases for the Digital Channels to meet the sprint and release timelines, leveraging Jira
Ensure technical solutions meet requirements, quality standards, process, and system compliance
Document test results, and review results with the Digital Team and IT. Ensure issues are properly resolved ahead of product releases by working cross-functionally with a sense of urgency as needed
Challenge the status quo as needed to ensure the product team is designing new solutions in line with the vision and mission for each channel
Assist the Digital Operations team as needed with contact center incidents and/or storm response
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of demonstrated track record of relevant technology delivery
Good Communicator
Applied knowledge of the agile methodology for project delivery
Ability to follow process flows
Comfortable with escalating issues and delivering under pressure
Strong attention to detail
