Responsibilities
Ensure the operational health and security of Data Science platforms
Design solutions to reduce platform complexity
Perform platform capacity planning and management
Serve as an escalation point for platform issues
Establish best practices and guidelines for platform usage
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in managing the health of Data Science environments and solutions
Expertise in applying maintenance releases, upgrades, and hot fixes
Proficient in designing AI solutions on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu, and Cloud platforms
Strong analytical skills to drive ROI by managing end-to-end Data Science solutions
Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Preferred
Knowledge in developing and maintaining process automation
Superior customer service skills
Familiarity with Unix shell scripting and open-source products
Understanding of GPU and its relationship to Deep Learning/Neural Nets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
