Responsibilities

Enter data from varied source documents into designated computer systems
Apply experience and judgment in selecting appropriate procedures for processing documents
Interpret, select, and code information from multiple document formats
Verify accuracy and completeness of entered data
Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and resolve routine issues within established guidelines
Refer complex problems or unclear source material to supervisory personnel
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
Perform routine data entry tasks as needed
Maintain organized documentation and tracking logs
Operate data entry systems and standard office software applications

Required

Approximately four (4) or more years of experience in data entry or related clerical support roles
Demonstrated ability to interpret and code information from varied document sources
Experience applying procedural judgment within established guidelines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in data entry systems and standard computer applications
Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
Effective communication skills
Ability to work under general supervision
Associate's Degree required; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
