Responsibilities
Develop and execute FAT and Qualification Test procedures as per API 5CT, API 5C5, and ISO 14310 standards
Conduct destructive and non-destructive testing, including high-pressure nitrogen gas testing, thermal cycling, and structural performance tests
Review engineering drawings and collaborate with the design team to ensure test readiness
Perform failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and calibration records
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems
Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and QA teams to validate product performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of experience in Oil & Gas mechanical testing
Strong knowledge of API 5CT, API 5C5, and ISO 14310
Experience in high-pressure gas testing and casing connection validation
Knowledge of destructive and non-destructive testing methods
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
Preferred
Experience with oilfield equipment manufacturing
Familiarity with FAT / Qualification testing documentation
