Senior LevelSoftware Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is searching for a Senior Full-Stack Developer Consultant for a contract assignment with one of their premier Education clients in New Mexico. The role involves providing analysis, evaluation, and redevelopment services for custom applications, designing solutions with a modern microservice architecture, and ensuring secure system interoperability through API development.

Responsibilities
Provide analysis, evaluation, and comprehensive re-development services for multiple internally developed custom applications
Design and implement solutions using a modern microservice architecture, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and standardized code reusability practices
Develop and document an Integration Ethos API pipeline to ensure secure, reliable system interoperability
Establish and execute comprehensive test plans and quality assurance procedures for all applications, requiring a test harness for unit and integration tests
Deliver all applications with complete technical and user documentation, and full source code and related artifacts
Qualification
Required
Experience with developing Web applications using current tools and methodologies. Understanding of Rails
Experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js frameworks
Experience with full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing
Experience building and maintaining high performing, scalable, enterprise-class applications in a GITLAB CI/CD environment
Proven ability to design and develop Web based applications in a project driven environment
Experience with Oracle relational databases
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL standards
Experience with general Web architecture, such as browsers, and application servers
Experience with integration frameworks and creating standards for integration
Experience with application containers
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
