They are seeking a founding fractional full-stack software developer to build and deploy production-grade software on Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on healthcare technology. Responsibilities
Architect and deploy production-grade backend systems directly on Google Cloud Platform
Reproduce and harden existing vibe-coded tools into scalable, secure cloud-native architecture
Build and maintain APIs connecting cloud infrastructure to mobile applications
Develop and ship iOS and Android applications and manage app store deployment cycles
Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, and security controls
Design scalable data models for healthcare-related workflows
Collaborate with clinical, research, and commercialization leadership to ensure technical alignment with platform objectives
Contribute to long-term technical architecture strategy for a healthcare technology platform
Qualification
Required
Extensive, hands-on experience architecting and deploying applications directly within Google Cloud Platform
Proficiency with core Google Cloud services such as Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, Firestore, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC configuration, logging, and security controls
Demonstrated ability to build, ship, and maintain iOS applications to the Apple App Store
Demonstrated ability to build, ship, and maintain Android applications to the Google Play Store
Full-stack development capability, including backend architecture, APIs, database design, authentication systems, and frontend or mobile integration
Several years of independent experience within healthcare or health technology environments
Experience handling regulated data and understanding compliance considerations such as HIPAA-aligned architecture
Demonstrated agility in taking vibe-coded or low-code tools and systematically reproducing, restructuring, and productionizing them using native code within Google Cloud Platform, extending functionality without discarding existing value
Comfort operating autonomously with minimal supervision
Comfort working in an early-stage platform environment with disciplined execution standards
Proficiency in Full-Stack Development with expertise in both Front-End Development and Back-End Web Development
Skilled in working with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern responsive design techniques
Experience in end-to-end Software Development, from planning to deployment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for building scalable, reliable software solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote work environment
Preferred
Demonstrable experience with Google Vertex AI
Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
Knowledge or experience in healthcare, oncology, or cardiology-related applications is an advantage
