Responsibilities
Developing and delivering training on assistance program rules, procedures, and systems
Evaluating trainee performance and providing feedback to staff and supervisors
Coaching staff during classroom and on-the-job training
Providing indirect supervision and coordinating assigned work
Correcting applications for Colorado Works, SNAP, Medicaid, and Adult Financial programs
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years experience in a directly related field, including one (1) year of experience equivalent to that of a Community Support Specialist II or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities in a human services program required
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
