SPS Consulting is seeking a skilled Web Content Specialist to support a website redesign and content optimization initiative. This role is critical in ensuring that migrated website content is accurate, well-structured, accessible, and optimized for a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

Manage, restructure, and optimize website content within a web content management system, primarily Drupal 11

Review, clean up, and reorganize migrated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability

Troubleshoot and resolve content migration, formatting, and layout issues independently

Apply web content strategy and user experience best practices across all pages

Ensure website content complies with accessibility standards

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the overall website redesign effort

Meet deadlines while managing multiple content updates and priorities

Required

Experience managing content in a web content management system (Drupal preferred)

Knowledge of web accessibility standards

Preferred

Experience supporting website redesign projects and updating content in a CMS

Graphic editing skills, such as resizing and optimizing images for web use

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate and escalate issues as needed
