Responsibilities
Works with stakeholders to identify solutions that support their business requirements
Works independently and within a team environment
Pays attention to detail, self motivated with the ability to follow instructions and completes assignments on time
Learns and applies new concepts, processes, and tools
Takes initiative to solve problems and multi-tasks by prioritizing projects and deadlines
Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders, and all levels of management
Designs, develops, and executes software test strategies, test plans, and test scripts
Confirms accuracy and completeness of functional, integration, system, end to end, and acceptance test plans
Designs, creates, and approves (or oversees the creation and approval of) project test cases, scripts, and conditions, as well as QA-related documentation
Qualification
Required
Knowledge around software testing
Knowledge of functional and back-end testing of eCommerce websites and backend applications
Experience using industry standard software QA tools
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills
Strong knowledge of SDLC and SQA methodology, as well as experience testing on an Agile team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess good organizational, time, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, and stay well organized
Currently maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Students currently enrolled in an IT or related undergraduate or graduate program at a community college, college or university
Preferred
Degree or pursuing a degree in Computer Science or in a related technical field preferred
Some retail business knowledge
Experience with projects focused on infrastructures and software solutions
SQA experience working within an iterative development framework
Knowledge of French, Spanish, Korean, and Mandarin is a plus
Proficient in the use of Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, presentation, and analytics
Proficient in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail
