Responsibilities

Create compelling print and digital designs that elevate brand awareness and support marketing objectives

Develop visual assets for ads, social media, presentations, videos, in‑branch collateral, and multi‑channel campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team to shape concepts, clarify project goals, and ensure cohesive creative direction

Maintain and improve branded templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency across communication materials

Serve as the primary creative resource, upholding brand standards and delivering high‑quality visual content

Support marketing initiatives through campaign coordination, special projects, and staying current on design trends and tools

Required

Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or related field-or equivalent experience

Proven graphic design expertise with experience across print, digital, and multimedia platforms

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) and strong writing/editing or proofing skills

Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally while managing multiple deadlines

Self‑directed learner with adaptability to change, sound judgment, and a proven commitment to confidentiality
