As a Product Operations Manager, you will enhance the efficiency of the product team by implementing systems for execution, coordination, and improvement, ensuring swift and effective product launches.
Responsibilities
Stand up a launch readiness process that makes shipping feel crisp (not chaotic): comms, enablement, support preparedness
Own cross-functional coordination across Product, Eng, Design, GTM, and, Support
Build the standard artifacts that keep teams aligned: release briefs, timelines, checklists, status updates
Run post-launch retros that convert learnings into better processes and better product
Build a product intake and triage system that pulls in signal from: teachers, student behavior, support, content, and data
Turn messy input into clear priorities: what matters, what’s urgent, what’s noise
Establish dashboards and recurring metrics readouts tied to core pillars: engagement, literacy growth, standards mastery, teacher leverage
Ensure every initiative has success metrics and owners—then track progress to the result
Improve how product teams collaborate: fewer meetings, better decisions, clearer docs
Own tool stack and workflows (Linear/Jira, Notion, Slack, dashboards) to keep execution fast and visible
Lead product trainings as the org scales
Raise the bar on operational excellence so teams can focus on building the product
Qualification
Required
4–5+ years in Product Ops, Program Management, Biz Ops, or Product roles in a fast-paced environment
Deep execution experience: you've run planning cycles, managed dependencies, and shipped complex initiatives
Strong judgment: you can smell ambiguity, surface tradeoffs, and force clarity
Excellent communication: crisp writing, tight meeting facilitation, strong stakeholder management
Comfort with data: you can define KPIs, build dashboards/readouts, and drive metric-based accountability
Tool fluency: Linear/Jira, Notion/Confluence, Slack; analytics tools (Amplitude/Mixpanel/Looker/Mode)
Preferred
