Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure individual and team goals are met
Manage performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning
Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap for the Treasury domain
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technological solutions
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation
Lead initiatives to enable self-service capabilities and automation across supported technology areas
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency
Promote adoption of self-service tools to empower employees
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to align with organizational goals
Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and foster value-added partnerships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
15+ years of experience in Treasury Technology, with strong expertise in Treasury Management Systems (preferably WallStreet Suite, FiS), Treasury Valuation Systems (preferably Calypso), and SWIFT
10+ years of experience designing and developing custom applications end-to-end using Java, Python, ASP.NET, SQL, C#, and XML
5+ years of experience with banking industry payment formats, including MT100 series, NACHA, and 20022.xml standards
Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure
