Responsibilities
Provide first-level support by assisting with IT ticket resolution, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Participate in tech refresh projects by imaging, configuring, and deploying new devices
Assist in maintaining accurate records in asset management systems, including inventory updates and tracking
Support network administration tasks, such as setting up workstations, configuring switches, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
Assist with VPN setup and remote access troubleshooting
Collaborate with team members to ensure IT equipment and network resources are prepared and functional for end-users
Contribute to process improvements by documenting procedures and sharing insights for streamlining operations
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes in a fast-paced IT environment
Preferred
Previous experience with network administration is a plus
