Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and improve client server, network, security, and cloud environments
Troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and RDS
Manage and support Microsoft 365 tenants including email, identity, and migrations
Support virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V and some VMware
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, routers, wireless access points, and VPNs
Handle escalations professionally and transparently, escalating when appropriate without hiding issues
Execute infrastructure projects and changes according to defined scope and standards
Document systems, changes, and procedures clearly and consistently
Follow security, operational, and documentation standards exactly
Own your work, communicate early when something is unclear, and close tasks without chasing
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in systems administration, MSP support, or infrastructure roles
Server-level certification required (Microsoft Windows Server or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and core infrastructure services
Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and permissions
Foundational networking knowledge including VLANs, routing basics, and VPNs
Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
Working knowledge of virtualization platforms
Strong documentation and organizational habits
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities
Preferred
Advanced certifications are a plus
