Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in cost estimation, budget planning, and project controls
Proficiency in project management processes, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
Solid understanding of demand response, energy efficiency, and sustainable engineering principles
Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and financial forecasting
Proficiency in applicable project management software tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with engineering or construction projects is highly preferred
Relevant professional certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, CCP, or similar)
