Responsibilities
Draft and engineer detailed shop drawings for approval and fabrication of luxury residential millwork projects in Lake Worth Beach, FL
Lead, mentor, and review work from the drafting team, ensuring quality and accuracy through redlines and QA processes
Coordinate with project management, field teams, and fabrication to maintain project schedules and quality standards
Create material and parts lists and perform shop inspections to verify constructability
Update as-built drawings and support project documentation for successful project completion
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in custom millwork, cabinetry, joinery, and material selection
Strong knowledge of integrated hardware and appliance coordination
Proven leadership experience managing drafting/engineering teams
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of clear, client-focused communication
