Responsibilities
Identifying and implementing high performance business value creation and transformation through data and analysis
Becoming an expert on various datasets to provide guidance, analysis and recommendations to our stakeholders
Streamlining and optimizing cross-functional processes to maximize productivity
Working with the Business Intelligence team on dashboard reporting requirements
Analyzing complex data and translating into actionable recommendations
Defining goals and KPIs, building out the reporting, summarizing and presenting progress to executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
2+ years of experience in highly analytical environments
Demonstrate effective business-partnering skills, particularly with senior management
Be able to perform data analysis and report findings (Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau)
Possess effective analytical and quantitative capabilities with an ability to provide data-backed analysis
Have experience with Salesforce and PowerPoint/Google Slides and a background in consulting or business strategy teams
