Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate a strong program with consideration of the needs of stakeholders and the capabilities and resource availability of the team
Serve as a liaison, guiding partners through the process of having our subject matter experts advise on secure design, architectural reviews, and technical assessments for custom and vendor-supplied tools
Build strong relationships within Content Security, across Studio Technology, and business stakeholders to align security initiatives with studio goals and creative workflows
Drive continuous improvement, identifying bottlenecks in security workflows, and automating common use cases
Develop and maintain dashboards with KPIs to monitor program effectiveness, stakeholder response, and operational metrics. Present program health reports and actionable insights to leadership
Stay ahead of trends in AI, cloud security, and content pipeline tooling
Lead solutioning for challenges, eliminate roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of security initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience in technical program management
Technical knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proven success leading cross-functional programs and interfacing with engineering teams to implement and optimize security tools
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to executive audiences
Preferred
Entertainment/media industry experience preferred
PMP or equivalent security certifications preferred
Experience with technical tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, and common media production platforms (Adobe, Davinci, Aspera etc..)
