Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in all major warehouse functions, understanding how each contributes to overall supply chain success
Learn the skills needed to manage a warehouse team, including associate relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Understand how to track and analyze key warehouse metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Apply problem-solving techniques to drive operational enhancements and improve warehouse workflows
Develop confidence in presenting ideas, leading discussions, and engaging with leadership teams
Incorporate LEAN methodologies
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Interest in leadership and warehouse operations
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
