As a Summer Intern on the Sales Operations team, you will create and maintain detailed product documents, support sales enablement, and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate product information sharing.

Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain detailed customer-facing product documents, synthesizing key information to communicate core product attributes (e.g., pricing)
Manage production plan of product documents, including timing of creation, and information gathering from key stakeholders across Marketing & Product
Ensure document accuracy and consistency, with closed feedback loops to integrate updates
Assist with asset creation of visual product aids created to support product launches and ongoing sales activity
Collaborate with Project Management to track and communicate product release dates and GTM milestones
Support inventory-related and operational workflows through sales data validation and organization
Contribute to ad hoc projects that support new programs, promotions, or go-to-market initiatives
Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Operations partners to support clear and consistent product information sharing
Build a foundational understanding of the trading cards and collectibles industry
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, analytics, marketing, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and interest in working with structured information and documentation
Comfort working in Excel and PowerPoint or similar tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn
