Statewide Program Director
Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Statewide Program Director responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all programs within Colorado. The role includes managing participant services, personnel, and budgets, while ensuring compliance with regulations and developing additional programs statewide.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all programs within Colorado
Position will be responsible for the provision of the participant services, personnel management, and budget management for the programs within the state of Colorado
Ensures all positions adhere to current job descriptions, provides direct supervision to the Program Directors, and ensures overall budgets are met, documentation follows regulations, and all billing and collections are managed effectively and efficiently
Responsible for the development of additional programs state-wide and business relationships with state officials
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree required
Three to Five years of experience in youth services, community programs, or program development
At least one year of experience in management and supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (O365) (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Knowledge of using various database type systems is helpful
Some understanding of insurance and third-party billing is helpful
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage required
Preferred
Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus
Flexibility in hours and non-traditional work hours, may work some evenings or weekends
