Responsibilities
Participate in a variety of IT tasks with varying degrees of difficulty
Maintain and troubleshoot restaurant POS systems
Maintain and troubleshoot back-office computers, applications, and network connectivity at corporate-owned restaurant locations
Install, configure, document, maintain, test, and evaluate operations and communications equipment
Solve problems for users through verbal and/or written communication
Administer the corporate and restaurant telephone systems
Ensure all systems maintain compliance with standards
Monitor and proactively maintain systems to minimize downtime
Special projects and other duties as assigned by IT
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Dependable
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
