Responsibilities

Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Artina’s growth goals
Analyze market trends and identify expansion and diversification opportunities
Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive accountability and results
Lead and coach a team of 8 experienced sales professionals, building trust through transparency, collaboration, and consistent leadership
Understand individual rep strengths and challenges to help each achieve peak performance
Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent to support future growth
Build and manage an internship program with Ohio colleges and universities to cultivate the next generation of industry talent
Develop content for and lead weekly sales meetings focused on growth, accountability, industry insights, and best practices
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings reviewing goals, KPIs, pipeline health, and priorities
Join sales reps on key client meetings and strategy calls to elevate opportunities and model excellence
Provide day-to-day leadership on pricing strategy, margin management, solution development, objection handling, and deal execution
Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and professional relationships
Qualify new opportunities and transition them to the appropriate sales rep at the right time
Partner with reps on Top Opportunity & Growth Accounts (TOGA) to deepen relationships, increase retention, and maximize client value
Maintain visibility with key clients to identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities
Represent Artina within partner organizations, chambers of commerce, and industry groups to enhance brand visibility and drive new business
Work closely with supplier partners to maximize innovation, value, and competitive advantage
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional client experience
Reinforce Artina’s commitment to service excellence, brand consistency, and long-term client loyalty across all sales touchpoints

Required

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience (B2B required; promotional products or marketing services strongly preferred)
Proven ability to lead established sales teams, build trust, and elevate performance
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent
Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and organizational skills
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with CRM and sales performance tools

Preferred

Experience in the promotional products industry
Familiarity with branding, marketing, and consultative, solution-based selling
