Office Administrator
Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) partners with restaurant brands to navigate an increasingly complex operating environment. As the Office Administrator, you will play a key role in creating an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for the Tampa team while supporting day-to-day operations and initiatives that enhance the associate experience.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities coordination, vendor management, work orders, mail distribution, parking, corporate housing, and wellness memberships
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment
Ensure common areas are organized and well-maintained, including kitchen and storage areas
Coordinate meetings, travel (domestic and international), conference logistics, and onboarding support
Plan and execute office events and team engagement activities while providing administrative assistance across departments as needed
Prepare and process client billings and wellness credits
Review and reconcile travel and business-related expenses, train associates on expense procedures, and audit monthly insurance invoices
Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment support
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of office administration or operational support experience in a professional environment
Proven experience in an office administrator or similar administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Extensive experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Preferred
