Responsibilities
Update specified reports daily
Process BYU-Pathway support cases and grievances
Analyze data and deliver reports to S&I areas concerning BYU-Pathway Religion courses
Collaborate on process improvement
Assist with instructor assignments during each BYU-Pathway term
Consult, develop, and maintain internal and user-facing resources
Assist in drafting communications to administrators and teachers worldwide
Participate in team meetings, including professional development meetings, as needed
Complete other projects and tasks as needed, ensuring attention to detail and consideration of important deadlines
Qualification
Required
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
Must be enrolled in or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from an undergraduate or graduate degree program —preferably in data analytics, technical writing, communication, computer science, or other related field
Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading English is required
Able to work independently and be self-motivated
Be dependable, hardworking, and trustworthy
Open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve
Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
Seeking an educational experience to further your preparations for future employment opportunities
Preferred
Preferred that live in Utah or Idaho
Experience using Canvas or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred but not required
Proficiency in another language is a plus, but not necessary
