Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and performant systems that modernize legacy platforms
Implement and extend SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business-aligned solutions
Apply rapid prototyping, iterative development, and pragmatic decision-making to drive outcomes
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards
Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in Gen AI, cloud-native development, and platform engineering
Mentor the software engineering team to adopt best practices and agile/iterative ways to deliver solutions
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional software development experience
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), serverless, and event-driven design
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and Gen AI technologies
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software
Experience modernizing legacy systems or integrating with modern platforms
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience with full-stack (backend, frontend, Cloud, Infrastructure) development
Familiarity with distributed messaging (Kafka, Kinesis) and caching (example - Redis, ElastiCache)
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to startup environments or fast-paced product development cycles. Experience in media, entertainment, or digital platforms is a plus
