Responsibilities
Partner with Human Resources and Learning & Development to support field and company-wide initiatives
Assist with the coordination and execution of intern programming, including Intern Takeover Week, graduation events, and community service activities
Support onsite and virtual training sessions, including preparation and logistics
Help develop and maintain intern program documentation and materials
Utilize survey tools to track engagement and collect program feedback
Serve as a liaison within the intern community to promote communication and participation
Contribute to HR and L&D projects that support the employee and intern experience
Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Preferred
Education toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Energetic work style with a strong drive to succeed
Self-motivated instincts with the ability to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment and consult with team members/management as needed
