Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for Allscripts (primary focus)
Troubleshoot system errors and user issues in Allscripts and UKG
Manage incidents, requests, and tickets through ServiceNow (or similar tool)
Perform routine configurations and minor enhancements in UKG and ServiceNow
Support financial and/or supply chain workflows within Allscripts (Finance preferred)
Collaborate with IT teams and business users to resolve issues and maintain system stability
Represent IT professionally when working with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience supporting Allscripts (Finance or Supply Chain modules; Finance strongly preferred)
Strong troubleshooting experience with enterprise applications
Experience working in a ticketing/incident management environment (ServiceNow preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
Mid-level experience supporting business systems
Preferred
Experience with UKG configuration/support
ServiceNow administration or basic development experience
Background supporting HR, Financial, or Supply Chain systems
Healthcare or large enterprise experience
