Responsibilities
Install or assist with electric heat trace systems, including cable routing, component mounting, and sensor placement (training provided)
Coordinate with electricians and supervisors with daily project activities
Follow all safety protocols and site-specific requirements
Use hand tools and power tools safely
Perform general labor to support overall project progress
Experience in electrical, heat trace, industrial, or general construction preferred but not required
Experience with industrial insulation or mechanical support systems
Experience on large industrial or commercial job sites
Ability to follow direction and read basic drawings
Strong safety mindset
Ability to work outdoors in an active construction environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must pass applicable pre-employment screenings
