As a full stack developer at EverWatch , you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements
You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies
You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
Qualification
Required
14+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems in enterprise environments
14+ years of experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
Experience designing and implementing complex algorithms requiring adherence to timing, system resource, or interface constraints
Experience integrating software components into new or existing systems and operating environments
Experience developing and implementing database interfaces or complex data queries
Knowledge of hardware/software trade-off analysis and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) integration strategies
Ability to oversee software development teams and ensure compliance with established development processes
Ability to coordinate system installation and validate operational performance specifications
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and 14+ years of experience in software engineering or HS Diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience in software engineering
Preferred
Experience performing quality control reviews of developed or modified software products
Experience collaborating with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements
Ability to recommend improvements to software documentation and development process standards
Possession of strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
