Engage Operations and cross-functional stakeholders for project ownership
Lead project review meetings and drive resolution of roadblocks impacting projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in package/product development and project management is required
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Operations or a related technical discipline is required
Proficient written and verbal communication skills to influence effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and materials for each project
Preferred
Experience developing products for global markets preferred
