Responsibilities

Manage medium to large programs, budgets and schedules maintain and present project health

Lead electrical components investigations

Lead SRI burndown to ensure efficient execution

Coordinate efforts that can include engineering changes to address SRIs

Work closely with a multifunctional team to meet defined requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure milestones are achieved

Required

Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience

Effective communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written)

Preferred

Experience in project engineering, preferably in aerospace or defense

Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, align members with project goals, and drive progress toward milestones

Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including through written reports and verbal presentations. Proven ability to convey project status, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and customers

Experience creating clear, concise, and well-structured technical documents, reports, and proposals, including requirements, design details, and testing procedures

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project), with the ability to create detailed reports, presentations, schedules, and project tracking documents

Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) or in a similar role managing project budgets, earned value management (EVM), and reporting financial performance in alignment with program goals
