Responsibilities
Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g. preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.)
Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content
Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods
Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations
Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors
Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees
Be able to support off-shift as necessary
Qualification
