New Grad, Entry LevelBrooksource is searching for a Project Coordinator for their Fortune 200 Energy partner based out of Charlotte, NC. The role involves supporting project management activities tied to a major multi-unit nuclear power uprate initiative, requiring strong coordination, communication, and reporting support.

Responsibilities
Support the Power Uprates Program project and program managers across McGuire and Catawba Nuclear Stations
Coordinate schedules, track project priorities, and regulate workflow across multiple internal teams
Monitor master schedules and adjust priorities based on evolving project needs
Facilitate communication between engineering, project management, and project controls teams
Compile, maintain, and distribute project progress updates and status reports
Assist with documentation, administrative project activities, and SharePoint content management
Leverage Excel and other Microsoft tools to support reporting, tracking, and data organization
Interact frequently with Project Controls; familiarity with cost/schedule controls is highly valued
Support PMs in ensuring tasks, deliverables, and dependencies remain on track
Act with ownership—proactively identify gaps, organize incoming information, and follow through without needing constant direction
Qualification
Required
Experience in project coordination, project support, or project controls
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint
Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently and stay engaged in a fast‑moving environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot based on program demands
Interest in learning complex technical programs and working in a regulated environment
Preferred
Experience with Primavera P6 (not required; training can be provided)
Experience with Power BI (big plus)
Background in project controls, engineering projects, or utility/energy environments
Nuclear industry experience is a bonus, but not required
