Responsibilities
Perform detailed assessment of current-state legacy UI applications (technology stack, architecture, dependencies)
Analyze existing user workflows across Order Management, Inventory, and Enterprise Operations
Evaluate front-end architecture limitations (performance, scalability, usability, maintainability)
Conduct gap analysis between legacy UI capabilities and modern digital experience standards
Define target-state UI architecture (SPA, micro-frontend, API-driven design)
Recommend modernization approach:
Replatform (retain backend, modernize UI)
Refactor (progressive UI modernization)
Rebuild (full UI transformation)
Define reusable component library and enterprise design standards
Ensure responsive design, accessibility (ADA compliance), and high performance
Assess risks, effort estimation, and phased rollout roadmap
Present architectural recommendations to enterprise and executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience in assessing legacy applications and defining modernization strategies
Strong knowledge of UI architecture, particularly with ReactJS
Ability to analyze user workflows and evaluate front-end architecture limitations
Experience in conducting gap analysis between legacy UI capabilities and modern standards
Proficiency in defining target-state UI architecture including SPA and micro-frontend designs
Experience in recommending modernization approaches such as replatforming, refactoring, and rebuilding
Knowledge of creating reusable component libraries and enterprise design standards
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (ADA compliance), and performance optimization
Experience in risk assessment, effort estimation, and creating phased rollout roadmaps
Strong presentation skills for communicating architectural recommendations to stakeholders
