Responsibilities
Assists IT Management department with IT initiatives and programs
Works closely with different departments to provide IT Management support in a variety of areas
Maintains confidentiality of IT Management information
Assumes responsibility and accountability for the incumbent's own personal safety
Assumes responsibility and accountability for the safety of all co-workers and any others the incumbent comes in contact with
Understands authority and obligation to stop work on any task or series of tasks whenever an unsafe condition or situation is anticipated or is observed

Qualification
Required
Individual must be enrolled in college or university
Work experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position
Computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively relate to employees at all levels of the organization
Well organized and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Flexible and able to adjust to sudden changes in work priorities and prioritize work to accommodate those changes
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation
Ability to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to identify critical issues and formulate action plans with all levels of management, including corporate
Ability to remain calm during emergencies and respond appropriately as dictated by the circumstance of the incident
Capable of evacuating the work area in a timely manner should an emergency situation arise
