Responsibilities
Assist with full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
Support onboarding activities such as new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and system setup
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in HR and applicant tracking systems
Provide timely communication and excellent service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
Contribute to sourcing and recruitment marketing efforts to build strong talent pipelines
Assist with employee relations inquiries by gathering information and escalating appropriately
Perform general HR and administrative duties as assigned to support department operations
Other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of recruiting experience minimum, preferably in a high‑volume or service‑oriented environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer savvy with proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office tools
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Customer‑focused mindset with experience in client or candidate relations
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Experience with sourcing, social media outreach, or recruitment marketing is strongly preferred
