The role involves working on large-scale projects and participating in the entire project lifecycle from concept through construction, while being mentored by senior engineers.

Perform engineering analyses and preliminary evaluations
Develop plans, specifications, and contract documents
Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and permit packages
Participate in client and agency meetings
Support bid and construction phases
Contribute to proposals and presentations
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (M.S. a plus)
2 to 5 years in water/wastewater or land development engineering
EI certification or on PE track (NC license or ability to obtain)
Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and Microsoft Office
GIS knowledge or strong aptitude to learn
Strong communication and technical writing skills
