Responsibilities
Lead the development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models using best practices to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability
Design and implement data visualization solutions that effectively communicate complex insights to business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into actionable data science projects aligned with strategic objectives
Guide and mentor team members on feature engineering, modeling techniques, and data storytelling
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify data sources, ensure data quality, and deploy models into production environments
Drive continuous improvement by integrating emerging machine learning methods and optimizing model performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field
Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field
7 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling techniques
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or PowerBI
Strong knowledge of model assessment, validation, and tuning methods to ensure accuracy and robustness
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data science solutions aligned with strategic goals
Expertise in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and deployment of scalable models in production environments
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and guiding technical development
Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders effectively
