Responsibilities
Prepare complete inventory of collateral to be used at test centers
Security notices, survey invitations, etc., Consult with TCMs, CEMs, Security and other relevant stakeholders
Work with marketing to understand any existing branding guidelines & to develop any proposed changes
Prepare library of new collateral templates, ensuring all collateral is properly branded with the latest branding guidelines
Develop instructions and guidelines for mounting collateral at test centers (e.g., method of mounting and locations)
Actively engage both virtually and in person with test centers to ensure that all old collateral is removed, and new collateral is applied at test centers
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (call center, retail, restaurant, etc.)
Must be 18 years of age to qualify
