Program Operations Specialist (Entry-Level or Associate)
Boeing is a leading aerospace company, and they are seeking an Entry-Level or Associate Program Operations Specialist to support the Commercial Modifications organization. The role involves providing invoicing support, processing new project acceptances, and coordinating with various teams to maintain invoicing schedules.

Responsibilities
Provide invoicing support for various service programs to help facilitate timely payments and meet program cash targets
Process acceptances for new projects / contracts in the business
Create invoice requests based on contractual commitments for all Commercial Modifications customers
Lead coordination with the program, schedulers, and finance to maintain invoicing schedule to contractual obligations and amendments
Assist with invoice disputes and investigations by customer request
Provide support for core system to help maintain operating functionality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with the end-to-end invoicing process from generation to payment
Experience interpreting contract requirements for deliverables
Experience with use and development of various visualization tools (Tableau, PowerPivot, etc.)
Experience on an Integrated Product Team (IPT)
Ability to understand, follow, and document processes, workflows, and deviations to support audit activities
